Policies

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 5:00pm

Infants and Up

1st weeks payment is due in advance on Friday before your child starts. Then Friday of that week your child is here payment is due again. Payment is due every Friday. 

Your child will have a two week trial at my day care. If I or the parent feel that the child will not due well in the environment then I will give them a written termination. 

There will be a sign-in sheet for you to fill out when your child is dropped off and picked up. 

Breakfast is served between 8:00am til 8:30am. Children arriving prior to 8:15am will be served breakfast. Those arriving after 8:15am should be served breakfast at home. 

I am requesting one week's paid vacation per year. I will give a one month notice as to when my vacation will be. If you take a vacation you will still have to pay me for that week to keep your child's spot or risk losing that spot. I will give you two weeks notice when I take my personal days. 

Pay day is on Friday. If not paid, there will be a late fee of $20.00. If this should happen more then three times then I will have to let your child go. 

I do accept checks. However, if your check bounces you will asked to be charged a $20.00 late fee and pay in cash from now on. I will write a receipt. 

If your child misses day care for any reason you will still have to pay for the week. 

These are my holidays (I will also have 4 personal days with pay.) You will not have to pay for my sick days. If the holiday falls on a Friday you will have to pay Thursday.

There will be a late fee of $5.00 plus $1.00 for each minute. I will give you one free late pass. Late fee will apply there after. 

If you do not pay me the week your child was here you will not be able to bring your child back until you are paid in full and late fees. 

All meals are included in the cost of day care except for infants. You will have to supply jar foods, cereal, and juices. 

If your child has a full time spot and you want part time you will still have to pay for full time price or risk losing your full time spot. I will provide part time services at full time price. 

If you know you will not be coming the night before of the morning of, please be courteous enough to call. 

Parents please make sure you have a back up person to pick up your child if you're running late or your child is sick. 

If you're child is in pull-ups or diapers please make sure that you bring enough to last for each day. 

Parents need to provide all items for infants. 

If there is a court order for custody I will need a copy to put on file. 

No medications will be given at any time. 

Please bring a change of clothes. If you do not bring a change of clothes and your child has an accident you will be called to pick your child up. 

I need insurance info. and up to date shot records every six months so I can put on file. 

If someone else picks up your child other than you I will have to have their names on file and when the person comes I will need to see I.D. from that person. 

Please have your child dressed and ready for a full curriculum day. Please do not bring your child in pajamas. 

There will be a fire drill every month. 

This is a smoke free environment. 

Parents please drop and leave if your child is having a hard time to the new adjustment.  

I will be more than happy to help with potty training. However, your child has to be verbal and show signs of readiness. 

If there should be any new changes in your child's life such as death, divorce, moving, etc. Please let me know and we together can work with your child. 

We do observe birthday's and holidays. I provide the cake and if you like you can send treats. 

I use time-out method 1 minute for the age of the child. 

Daily reports come home each day as well as weekly potty charts and good charts. 

My daughter Lacie will be in the day care helping out here and there. She will also be a big part of the summer program. She will be teaching basic spanish. 

The day care will be cleaned by an agency once a month to keep down on germs, dust, and colds. 

If your child is sick more than three days I will request that your child be seen by your doctor and have a doctor's slip to return. 

No child can be brought to the day care within 24 hours of vomiting, pink eye, or undiagnosed rash. 

If your child starts with a fever or is during day care hours, you will be called to pick up your child. 

If a day care child has lice you will be called to come pick up your child immediately. The day care will close for 24 hours will being disinfected.
