A thousand years ago, during a time known as the silver millenium, the universe was at peace and ruled by Queen Serenity from her palace at the heart of the moon kingdom. But with great good also came great evil... the negaverse, an evil universe run by the villainous negaforce. After a failed attempt by the negaforce to destroy earth and the moon kingdom, Queen Serenity sent her only daughter, princess Serena (sailor moon) and her court of princess (sailor scouts) into the future, to modern day eart, accompanied by two celestial guardians. Here our story finds them as ordinary high school students... until the negaforce rears its ugly head. Then these same girls transform into the powerful team of sailor scouts, destined to defeat the negaforce and allow sailor moon to claim her place as Queen of the Universe.
