UPDATED: October 4th, 2009
Too long a time between updates, for which we apologize. Some stuff has been happening in 'real' life, nothing bad, but that has been taking up a lot of time dealing with. And, since Yahoo!Geocities will be shutting down soon, we'll be looking for another website host, so we probably won't update again until the end of October.
The update we have this week is small. One review of Wicked: The Life and Times of the WIcked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire.
Enjoy!

Definitions
I decided to include the definitions of a few words/terms you'll find a lot in our reviews, in case you aren't familiar with them.
Mary Sue: The best definition I've found online comes from the forums of Television Without Pity. A Mary Sue is a character who has so many positive traits that it becomes unbelievable. All other characters will love, admire, and/or envy her. We are told, constantly, that she is perfect in every way. She has no faults. Nothing she does will ever be wrong in the eyes of the characters around her.
Slash: A story is considered to be slashy if it involves a pairing of two male or two female characters.
