My best FC yet. :) I did the 13th scramble and got 17.20. No lucky times, and the 14 would have been a 13 if the timer stopped when I wanted it to.
The 16.94 was a PLL skip. I locked up a lot in my LL (cube wasn't cooperating), but this average had a ton of great F2Ls.
