Observations On My Dining Room Table I. My dining room table is circle-shaped most of the time. If guests are expected, it changes to more of an oval. II. When I was little the table seemed so high. Now I have to bend down to look at it closely. III. On my dining room table (where we are supposed to eat) there are books, and pencils, and a chessboard. But no food� my family eats in front of the television. IV. Banging on pots and pans is not great music, similarly my dining room table is not great sculpture. V. Three mighty trees lived in a forest. When they were cut down one was made into firewood, one was made into particle board, and one was made into a table. VI. I want to play twister but there�s this big table in the way. Back |
