Bank Requirements
Qualifying can be very easy, but only with the proper information. Here is what BOTH the bank and I need to know to qualify you.
1. Proper identification(I.D. Passport ect.)
2. Social Security Card(For credit check purposes)
3. Check stubs(One Month)
4. W-2 Forms(Last Two Years)
5. Bank Statements(Three Months)
6. Full Name and Address, Phone Number

7. If you do not have established credit then you will need to provide at least 3 of the following:           
phone bills, water, electric, gas, pager, cell phone, insurance, jewelry or any other small creditors. You may only use accounts with your name to be effective.
Many loan programs do vary and may not REQUIRE all the information above. Keep in mind good credit will be your friend during these processes.
