If you haven't heard of us yet than let me explain a little about who we are and what we do. We are a company that was founded 2 years ago as an extension of our parent company Retail Merchandise. Our specific job is to customize P.C. computers for our customers with what they want. Since then we have customized over 3,000 computers for our customers. Many of whom come back for a second or even a third P.C. from us.
We are based out of Baldwin Park, a some what little town but growing everyday. We have a tremdous inventory of P.C.'s just waiting to be purchased and customized. In many cases we have built them from scratch upon request from our customers. Or more often they choose a computer they want and we ajust the things like memory or hard drive to their liking. Maybe they want more memory or less, we can do it for them and charge them for it and not a penny more.
Our Success?
Most of our success is because of our well below Retail prices. You can get the same computer that you see in the Retail store but customized to your needs and your lifestyle for far less money. The other part of our success is are quality and value of our work and our customer service. We believe in firmly doing the job right, even if it takes a while. Because if our customers are happy, then so are we.
We work closely with them to get a feel for their needs and try our best to meet or exceed them. If they have a question or concern we will answer it totally and fully, without any lies or deception. Thats why people keep coming back for more.
