This tells me that I am mostly a linguistic learner. I learn best by reading something, or writing it down. My dominant intelligences also include mathematics and kinesthetic.
I work best by myself. In elementary school, whenever my class would do a project, I would opt to work alone. I did this not because I was a loner, but because I was confident in my own abilities and I knew that I would be able to get the project done on time and do it well. I hate depending on others to do things for me, especially if my grade will depend on another�s willingness to participate.
This �loner� trait of mine can have its disadvantages. I will end up working harder on a project instead of splitting the work with others. But it is also an advantage; when I am faced with a large work load or many responsibilities, I handle it well. I also assume responsibility of being �leader� when assigned to group projects. I don�t enjoy other people telling me what to do and when I have to do it.
The best strategies for me to learn chemistry would be to simply continue teaching per usual. The education system and I have a pretty good relationship; we never have any big fights or disagreements. I understand that school isn�t the best way for many people to learn and excel, but apparently I am not one of those people. It works fine for me!
I�m pretty sure the class is aware of my genius already. (hahhahahahah) But if they aren�t, the best way for me to show it off would be a fun-filled day of games in class . The assignments I enjoy best are essays and notes. I don�t really like making 3-D models, though they can help me understand something better. Quizzes and such, with fair notice, are a good way for me to make-up a lab gone astray or lost homework.
I am�Kiah! I am a writer, who comes up with absolutely terrible ideas for books and never writes any of them down. I am a teenage girl who keeps notes of family interactions and comedic situations, like the time Bruce�s dad (Bruce is my mom�s boyfriend) got in a heated, very racial, crude and drunken argument with his gay son�s boyfriend about the country of Australia ("Full of faggots and ex-cons!"). I am a person who finds beauty in almost every picture and place, even if that beauty is heartbreaking. But most of all I am just me; a girl who isn�t afraid to smile at the world, or flip it off.
