| In a factory, of course! Once the cocoa beans are shiped to Hershey Pa, they are roasted at high temperatures. Once the beans are roasted, they are separated from the shell and are now called nibs. The nibs are milled into chocolate liqour and is ready to be mixed with the other ingrediants. The liquor mixed with whole milk, cocoa butter and sugar.The new mixture is a dry power called chocolate crumb.Cocoa butter is added to make a smooth paste, which is poured into molding machines and then wrapped for our consumption! |
