The Public Relations Officer shall coordinate all of the social activities of the Association and report to the Executive Board following the activity, detailing expenses, suggestions, etc.
D.
The Secretary shall record the proceedings in the General Body, Election, Executive Committee meetings, and Media Committee meetings and process all written materials and correspondence. The Secretary must also keep an accurate, up-to-date list of all voting members and submit it to the Rutgers College Student Activities Office as required.
E.
The Treasurer shall maintain the financial records and shall make periodic and annual reports of the finances of the Association to the Executive Board. The Treasurer and the President shall have the power to receive and make payments in the name of the Association.
Section 2.
The Advisor of PSA must be a full-time member of the Rutgers University Faculty or Staff.
Section 3.
The Executive Board shall consist of the above named officers and the Advisor. The Advisor being a non-voting member, it shall be the responsibility of the Executive Board to supervise the nomination and election process.
Section 4.
Rutgers College requires that all monies (including but not limited to dues, donations, and student fee allocations) of student organizations registered at Rutgers College and receiving more than 50% of its funding from Rutgers College Student Fund Accounting Office. Otherwise, all monies must be maintained in an account at one fo the residential undergraduate colleges where it is registered. Organizations must hold their funds at only one College. The following officers�President and Treasurer�shall be the only authorized people to issue vouchers in order to reimburse funds. All Officers shall be authorized to obtain reimbursement checks from the Student Fund Accounting Office.
Article V
Section 1.
A.
The methods of nominations from the floor shall be used to nominate all candidates for the following academic year. Self-nomination shall not be use, except in a case where floor nominations are not sufficient and the Executive Board feels that more candidates are needed for the following academic year. The officers nominated shall include those listed in Article IV.
