regrets of deceitful actions,
loss of worthy trusts,
actions led by lust,
he'll leave with disgust
existence of wishes, chances and hopes,
were just meant for the forgotten.
wishes were just thoughts of the hard-to-be-done
chances should be given to the didn't-know-what-should have-been-done
hopes are for the things-could-never-been done.
one created to protect, the other created to destroy,
neither got destroyed nor destroys in the end,
for each found a meaning in their existence,
to be each other's companion,
face each passing day as something gained,
each passing moment not a pain,
and their love for each other remained.
