Further Down the East Coast
These are more photos from down the East Coast. Some from a 4x4 camping trip to Frasier Island. Making my way down, before arriving in Sydney for mid May.
This is us all sat around a fire on Frasier Island. Despite the rain we managed to keep the fire and beer going until the early morning. One of the many nights spend dancing, after a few drinks, Australia is the most 'sociable' country so far.
This is me in Lake McKenzie on the island. Its the most amazing freshwater lake, the water is crystal clear, warm and so clean you can drink it.
Our biggest meal on the island was without doubt this set of steaks lamb and chicken! Expertly cooked by Matt and Nick.
This is the wreck of the 'Mohena' that ran aground in 1964. We were lucky to see it as its being taken away as its so dangerous due to 60 odd years of salt water corrosion.
