properly- no fuzzy, distorted pictures or foreign sounds
of any kind.

casing is minor - scratches, cracks, and/or scuffs.

Acceptable - Minor damage
to CD cover art, video/DVD box or sleeve. Scratches,
cracks, and scuffs are okay as long as performance is
not affected. Skipping and distorted pictures are NOT
ALLOWED. You may list Promotional CDs at this level, but
must describe them as such.
