MythCenter-wide

1. Download the following file and unpack into /usr/local/share/mythtv/themes.
   • 20060311-mcwide.tar.bz2.bin: md5sum 54a07f17da74b4b7368220dea3bda8fb, 2339669 bytes
2. Pick one of the following steps:
   • Simply move all of the "default-wide" contents into the "MythCenter-wide" directory. This obviates the need for any patches.
   • Patch your SVN tree with the patch at Ticket 1393. Optionally apply patch for Ticket 1350 if you use any mythplugins.
