system.cfg Holds system preferences.   If the path to the sysdata will not "hold" at the workstation, rename all occurances of this file (can be local or at server).  Re enter information in Admin/System Prefs.   SYSDATA ( or other places)  
FRXDYN.ini Holds the path to FRX within Dynamics (reports/financial/FRx).  Workstation specific.  Can be deleted and can reenter path from Dynamics window.  At Root of  Dynamics Code Directory
