| Aconcagua Arial View: Aconcagua is the mountain, obviously the largest in the picture at the right, looking north with the massive south face in view. The Polish Glacier, our attempted route lays on the northeastern side of the mountain. In the background, the big mountain on the horizon is called Mirador, and it was this mountain that we looked at and always thought of climbing. One day we will. |
