Transgo shift kit:

Would definitely do this if you have an automatic.

Volant intake:

It is a nice piece. I liked the one piece design that incorporated the air hat and tube. I would suggest changing the filter from the powerstack to the cone filter. The power stack didn't seem to flow as much as the cone.

Quick D TB:

Very well crafted! Easy to install. Gained throttle response back.

Dodge Viper Rocker arms:

Don't do it. Keep the stock ones or go with the Roller rockers. The only reason I did these is bcs the ratio is supposively better and they are identical to the stock ones.(warranty purposes)

JBA Headers:

Definitely do this as well. Might lose some low end, but the sound and power you gain is great. As heavy as my truck is, when I put these on, I dropped .3 tenths in the 1/8mi. I get so many compliments on the sound of my truck. Mostly from V8 owners. Did I mention the rumble?!

Hi-flo catalytic converter:

I noticed some gain, but the sound around 2K rpms increased in decibles. When I drove it out of the parking lot of the exhaust shop, I didn't notice it, but when some chick in a Civic rear ended me, it changed all of a sudden.(guess those civics are good for something). And bcs of htis, I have another point to make, I'm glad I have that bumper. If I didn't, she would have screwed my truck totally. It only knocked some paint off of my inserts, but it really screwed her car up. Dumb girl shouldn't have been hauling arse down the road.

Flowmaster:

I liked the sound of it with just the muffler, but this muffler mixed with the 2 above items, makes my truck sound great. I have the 3 chamber single inlet/dual outlet 50 series. People keep asking me if I noticed a change with the muffler. Well everyone, I don't know, bcs I changed it the day after I got the truck. So, I have no clue! :O)

Hotchkis Performance kit:

Oh hell ya! I really didn't want to lower my truck, but since I wasn't planning on going off roading with it,, I figured, hell why not. Now, I'm glad I did. It is a big change from the marshmallow suspension that came stock on my SLT. I use to take this one corner going at about 60mph(read starting out at 50 or so and then speeding while in the turn), then I got the truck lowered. Now I can take the corner going 70mph starting off. No speeding it up around the corner.

*STORY TIME*

My friend, Tibor, was wondering how much it changed between his and my truck with the lowering.(he has a 98 RC V6 5spd). Well, we were coming back from eating lunch and took an S-curve going back to his apt.(If ya live in the Plano/Dallas/Richardson/Allen area, it is Plano Pkwy between Jupiter and Shiloh) I had taken off my OD to keep up a good speed and have better throttle response. Well, he didn't think I would do it fast. HEHE! I did. I went into the corner going 75mph(mind you that this is the first time I have taken this corner going fast), then I went into the second part of the S. I had slowed down bcs of a car in the lane next to me, but I was going about 65 or so around that one. Then we came upon the light that we had to turn left at(PlanoPkwy & Shiloh). So I quickly got in front of the car next to me, went into the left turn lane, slowed down as much as I could(stock brakes suck)and decided to slam on the gas turning left. If I were to guess at the speed I took it at, I would say about 40-50 mph. I got on it and spun the tires and got sideways(who needs limited slip to do that). He was very shocked to say the least. He said that he really needs to lower his truck, bcs he would never be able to do that in his truck.

I plan on doing ignition, electric fan, and roller rockers. All of these I would suggest doing. These will be the mext mods I do to my truck. I was actually thinking about putting on some laughing gas, but I figured I would blow myself up somehow. :O)
