To begin: In the Village of Rimmington (Soutwest of Falador), go to Hetty's place.
Items needed:
-burnt meat (burn it while cooking it).
-onion (right outside of Rimmington).
-eye of newt (buy in Port Sarim, in the magic emporium for 3gp)
-rat tail (kill a rat near Hetty's and it'll drop one)
Mission: bring the items to Hetty and she'll complete her potion. You will hear, "drink from the cauldron" and drink.
Reward: 1 quest point, and +3 to +1 magic levels.
