To begin: find Morgan in Draynor Village who'll tell you that a vampire has been yerrorizing the Villagers. He wants you to stop it.
Items needed:
garlic (found in the 2nd floor in the first house to the south)
a lot of beer
a hammer
Mission: Morgan will tell you to go to the Jolly Boar Inn (North of Lumbridge near the wilderness). There you'll find a drunk doctor who was once a vampire slayer. He asks you to buy him a beer, and another, and another, and another, and so on. Eventually, you will be able to ask him about the vampire. He will give you a steak. Go to Draynor manor, south of Barbarians Village, equipped with a hammer. Without one your steak will break. Go to the very bottom floor. Bring the garlic which will reduce the counts hp by 10. Attack him, using your regular weapon, then switch to the staek to finish him off.
Reward: 3 quest points, and +6 to +5 attack levels.
