To begin: In Port Sarim, talk to the bar tender at the pub. He'll tell you about a war between the goblins over the colour of their armour.
Items needed: 3 goblin armour
2 onions(farmer Freds)
2 woad leaves (buy from Wisdon the gardener)
3 red berries
15gp at least
Mission: First, go to Aggie and ask her to make you each colour of dye. Go to the Goblin Village, northwest of Falador. Talk to General Wartface or General Bentnose (they will both talk either way). They ask you to make a Dark blue coloured armour for them. Use the blue dye with goblin armour and give it to the generals. They reject it. They now will ask you for orange armour, and you use red dye with yellow dye. You get orange dye and then use it with the second goblin armour. Give the orange armour to the goblins and they will once again reject it. Finally, give the plain armour to the goblins. They all like it, and your done the mission.
Reward: 5 quest points, +2 crafting lvl and a gold bar.
