To begin: Go to the gypsy in Varrock square (have some change on you) and she'll tell you you were destined to kill Delrith. She tells you a magical chant (REMEMBER THIS CHANT!!!) She also tells you about Silverlight, a magical sword which is owned by Sir Prysin. You'll need Silverlight to beat Delrith.

Mission: Talk to Sir Prysin in Varrock Castle. He says he has the sword in a box that needs three keys to open it, but hes given two of them away and he's lost his.
key 1: On the east wall outside the castle there is a drain. Prysin has dropped his key in to it. Use the bucket of water with the drain and the key will wash down. Then, go down the manhole outside of Varrock museum. Travel not too far into the sewers and you'll find the key on the ground
Key 2: Go to the wizards tower south of Draynor Village. Talk to the wizard Traiborn. He'll tell you that he put a spell on the key so no one could get it. He needs 25 bones for the spell to be undone. Bring the bones to him and he'll give you the key.
Key 3: This one is easy. Go to the head guard on the northwest upper floor in Varrock Castle. He'll give you a key without doing anything.
Now that you have all three keys, go to Sir Prysin and he'll get Silverlight for you. You can now go to the stone henge like thingy outside Varrock east. You'll notice he keeps healing. At the top of the screen, you'll see a choice of four chants. Choose the on the gypsy told you (it's different for everybody) If the chant is right, you should have no trouble beating him.
Reward: 3+3 quest points and Silverlight (good for beating lesser demons later on (lvl 71))
