To begin: Talk to cook in Lumbridge Castle. He'll tell you that he forgot the ingredients for the duke's birthday cake.
Items needed:
an egg
milk (aquired by using a bucket with cow)
flour (can be bought at Wyndin's in port sarim or made
Mission: Bring all of the ingredients to the cook. (told you it was easy!)
Reward: 1 quest point, +3 cooking lvl and you are able to use the range in the castle.
