| On April 22, 2002 RSVP volunteers from West Elementary were recognized for their service to the school. Local contributions were collected from West Liberty Foods, Tom and Mary Pat Brooke, and the West Liberty State Bank. These contributions were used to purchase new children's books for the West Elementary library in honor of the volunteers. | ||||||||||||||
