About us (This site is under construction)

My goal is to help make a greener planet. I can do this by helping others, such as you, save energy.  I can help you be resourceful with saving your energy costs by installing energy saving equipment.  This you can do for yourself or I can do it for you.
Future goals include having workshops to help you create your own energy saving devices, such as solar hot water heater, wind turbines and PV arrays.  My qualifications include an industrial technology engineering degree, several years experience in home improvement /construction and leadership roles in college.
I have taken energy workshops recently (see photos to the left and news article below).  I am excited about making these new energy products!  Interested? Contact me anytime a [email protected] or follow me on twitter or Facebook (bobstshirts).

CUSTER (WAOW) -- Energy enthusiasts from across the country are in Central Wisconsin this weekend.
The 20th annual Midwest Renewable Energy Fair in Custer runs through Sunday and is expected to attract more than 22,000 visitors.
Bob Smith says he drove six hours from Illinois to get educated so he can pass on what he learns.  "It's very important that people start getting aware of our use of energy and we have to start changing our ways. Not just for our generations, but for generations going on."
300 exhibitors are signed up and there will be workshops on how people can incorporate cheap, energy efficient changes into their lives.
One workshop will explain the process of converting a diesel car to run on vegetable oil.
Another forum will show people how to check the walls of their homes for air leaks.

General admission is $15
