Photo Printer Lesson 1
Adding Photo
1.  Go to Start and then Programs; Arc Soft Imaging; Photo Printer

2.  At the bottom of the screen, click the desired layout.

3.  After making the selection, pick one of the variations to the right.

4.  To place a specific photo in the layout:  click the photo in the layout (shortcut is to double-click photo); click the
Get Photos button on the upper left side of the screen.

5.  Click the text box at the top left of the new screen; choose the album containing the photo
or click the Add Photo button to insert a new photo choice.

6.  Click the required photo (shortcut is to double-click photo); click OK.

The purpose of a photo album is to manage and easily access your photos (basically an index).  Albums are NOT storage areas.  Remember to save your files to the network folder before creating photo albums (especially off the camera floppy disks).
Adding Albums
1.  Go to Start and then Programs; Arc Soft Imaging; Photo Printer

2.  At the bottom of the screen, click on double arrow to see the type of layouts:  Landscape, Portrait or Mixed Layout.  Select the
Mixed Photo Layout

3.  After making the selection, pick one of the variations to the right.  The size of the photos can be resized by moving the size scrollbar at the right.

4.  To create an album with various photos, double-click the
Get Photos button on the upper left side of the screen.

5.  Click the text box at the top left of the new screen--select
New. This will create a new, blank album for photos.  Click the Add button to choose each photo saved in your network folder (acquired from the digital camera and scanner).

6.  The album can be renamed by clicking in the text box (album name) and typing a new
name.  Select a name that indicates that it is your album.
