| Create a PhotoBase folder in your network folder. (It might be easier to create a new folder--inside PhotoBase folder--for each type of presentation for organizational purposes.) |
| 1. Click Make Presentation Tool from the Tool bar. Click on the Create a Web Album. 2. Select File window appears. Pick the files you want in the web album. Even Photo Printer files can be used in PhotoBase web album. Click Next. 3. In the layout window, type in a web album title--appears at the top of the web page. Select Style--color for the page; Thumbnail size--photo size on page; Layout--number of rows and columns in layout of page. Click Next when all selection are made. 4. Text window appears, which allows you to display specific information about each image file with the thumbnails. Click Next. 5. Select Destination window appears, select PhotoBase folder on your network folder to save the web album. Click Finish. 6. To access the web album, simply go the PhotoBase folder, run the HTML file. |

| 1. Click Make Presentation Tool from the Tool bar. Choose Create a Video Postcard button. The "Wizard" will take you through the steps on-screen. 2. You can choose from various templates--to serve as a background--from the program CD or use your own image file. You can also select between two video window sizes. Click on Next button. 3. A Postcard message window will appear; type in your message; fill in TO: and FROM: Click Next button. 4. Preview window will appear. Click on the Select Video button to select a video file for the front of your postcard. Click Next. 5. Select Destination window will appear. Select PhotoBase folder within your network folder to save the video postcard. Click Finish. The postcard can be played by running the "VideoPostcard.exe" file in the PhotoBase folder. |
