| Photo Base Features |
| 1) Open the Contrast album, click on any digital photo of you. 2) To insert label names in the bottom left corner of the screen, click Album menu; click label names--usually the default label names read Title, Date and Description. 3) To customize, click on Label Names from Album Menu. Type "Source" in the first blank, "Tool" in the second and leave the final label blank. Click OK. 4) In the Source information field (white text box at bottom left corner of screen), type "digital camera". Click the Save tool. |

| Sort Features |
| 1) Open the album you want to organize. 2) Click Sort from the Edit Menu; Choose an available option; Click exit. |
| 1) Click Search from the Image Menu. Under "Search In", choose the album you want to search. To choose, more than one album, hold down the control/shift key. 2) Under "Store In", choose the album for storing your results. Under "Search For", type the keyword. Under "Search Field", select where keyword should appear; Click Search; Click Save. |

| 1) Click Setup Applications from the Album Menu, or right-click on an empty area in the bottom left corner. 2) Click Select to locate the EXE file of the desired program (PhotoStudio). 3) Click on the down triangle next to Album (Look In textbox). Select Arc Imaging Suite. 4) Select the PStudio folder. Click Open. 5) Type PStudio in the Name field. A small icon will appear. 6) Open Contrast album. Place your cursor on a photo. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the photo to the new icon. Your image will automatically open in PhotoStudio. To launch PhotoStudio from "hot link" bar, simply click once on the icon |

| Printing Images or Albums |
| 1) Open the Contrast album. Click on an image or use shift/control to select multiple images. 2) Click Print from Album menu. Use Preview to view each of the printing options: Context--All, selected or Range of Thumbnails included Header/Footer--Name or description Size--small up to 16 images per page; Medium up to 9 per page; Large up to 4 per page Frame Options--frame around each image; background to each frame Print Description Text, Uniform Image Size, Print Page Number and Multimedia Thumbnails 3) Create a title for your page in the header; type your name in the footer; select Medium size. Print one copy and staple to the bulletin board. |
