What is Coaching?

Coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps you produce fulfilling results in your personal and professional life. What does a Coaching Session look like?

Most sessions last 1/2 hour and are held over the phone.  A session may start with you deciding what your need during the session.  I will then guide you and keep you focused on discovering your own answers - and at your own pace.  In each meeting, you choose the focus of conversation, while I listen and contribute observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action. Coaching accelerates your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice.  And coaching concentrates on where you are today and what you are willing to do to get to where you want to be tomorrow.
