| The standard exhaust on the rs125 looks well and I havent had any problems with, but why keep it when you can get an aftermarket exhaust thats looks well and gives a good rise in hp. There are several types to choose from, the most common (i think) would be the arrows exhaust, but there are exhausts from jolly moto, nikon etc. The big question is which one to choose, now most people just want the one that gives the most hp, but also looks and the need to rejet the carb also come into question. Of course money isnt a problem. I have listed here some of the different types and the pro`s and con`s for each. |

| The arrows exhaust looks well and according to Arrow italy gives a 20% increase over the whole power curve with the right carb setup, you can buy a full race system or a can, get the whole lot, the manifold is titanium and the endcan is carbon/kevlar. You have to lose one of the pillion footpegs to install it but its well worth it. You only need to rejet the carb if you are putting this on a pre`99 bike or the model that uses the rotax type123 engine with the 34mm carb. All new models use the type122 engine along with a 28mm carb so there`s no need to rejet, but a plug chop is advised. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Jolly moto make two types of exhaust for the aprilia rs125, according to Jolly Moto, one is for the stock version and will give about 1.5 hp increase, the other exhaust is for the Aprilia rs125 SP and gives about a 2hp increase. Both types come with manifold and carbon or aluminium silencer. There is a need to rejet. I dont think you have to lose the rear footpegs, check the pic below. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| The nikon exhaust in my opinion doesnt look as good as some of the other exhausts for the Rs, but according to nikon it gives a very healty 4hp increase. There is a need to rejet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
