If someone calls you and leaves a message, mumbling something about "your recent [sɚvəsmɛsɛ]", and asking you to call 1-800-327-2277, they might be from your local DARCARS dealer, and that slur of speech you still didn't understand after replaying the message 8 times may have been an attempt to say "service visit".
