WELCOME to our 220 RSB Residents Association

Be proud of your APT be part of our Association Generated by George Coronado

HOLIDAY FUND made exclusively by 3 independent 220 owners that are listed at the end of this paper.

December 1, 2003

Dear Fellow Residents:

As many of you know, George Coronado created the 220 Residents Association and on Nov 17, 2003 organized our first wine tasting that Monday Nov 17 from 7pm to 9pm we all tasted fine wine and get together.

Numerous families were able to attend, and meet residents that they see but do not know. We feel everybody had a wonderful time. In addition, New Ehrlichs, a wine and liquor store on 70th and Amsterdam, was kind enough to supply us with a variety of fine wines for our tasting pleasure.

During the evening people were able to sign up to participate in various social group events according to our own interests. We feel this is a wonderful way for people in our building to get to know each other on a strictly social basis. Several people graciously volunteered to serve on a board to coordinate events and help in any way possible. If anybody who was unable to attend desires to sign up, please go to the website, http://geocities.com/rsb220resi. Everybody is surely welcome and encouraged to participate.

Residents Holiday Fund

Discussed was a Residents Holiday Fund for the staff of 220 Riverside Blvd. (i.e., Concierge, Doorman, Hallman, Engineering, Porter, Residence Manager), as well as for Security and US Postal workers who provide service to all residents and our building. There are approximately 40 staff and security members, many of which we only see occasionally, if at all.

This fund is being setup entirely for your convenience. You can contribute to the Residents Holiday Fund only, or to the fund as well as give individual holiday envelopes to those who you feel deserve extra recognition. If you prefer to give your own individual holiday envelopes only, and not be involved with the fund, please feel free to do so.

To Contribute:
* Write a check for as much as you desire to give.
* Make the check payable to 220 Riverside Blvd Condominium.
* Write Residents Holiday Fund on the check and put the check into a SEALED envelope.
* Write your apartment number on or within the envelope, unless you wish for your contribution to remain anonymous.
* Place envelope into the Resident Suggestion box located near the Concierges desk by December 16th, 2003.
(Note: Other suggestions and comments for the Residents Association can be placed here too.)

All contributions will be allocated and distributed by the Holiday Committee.

Each worker will receive a Recipient List indicating the contributing apartments, and the number of anonymous contributions. This list will not identify the amount contributed by each apartment. This list will not be available for distribution to any owner or resident.

Each contributing apartment will receive a Contributor List indicating the total contribution dollars, the total number of contributions, and the amount each worker received. This list will not be available for distribution to any worker.

We wish everybody a wonderful holiday season.

Very truly yours,

Holiday Committee
Phil Politziner Apartment 10L; Anthony Cugini Apartment 3J; Rob Simon Apartment 3C
