Dear Resident,
This is a FREE invitation for you to join the newly formed Residents Association of 220 Riverside Boulevard (RA220RB). The Association is open and FREE to all residents - owners and renters.
Objectives:
1. To create a friendly and pleasant environment by fomenting social and cultural activities.
2. To address and facilitate needs of all residents,
3. To provide open route of communications between residents and our Management Board.
Social Activities:
� Create calendar of social activities (coffee break, wine tasting, sports, etc) by floors or by affinity groups, e.g., bridge players, young singles, new parents, empty nesters, walkers, runners, chefs, etc.
� Organize holiday parties.
Services:
� Provide and share information about house cleaners, baby sitters, dog walkers, decorators and other quality of life services.
� Obtain group discounts for many key items for all registered residents.
Our SECOND Meeting with FREE wine tasting is on DATE to be determined at 7:00 P.M. to 9pm in our conference room located in the lobby.
