Harry Mitchell is the new Congressman for the 5th district of Arizona. He wants a more rational, realistic and effective means of controlling the Arizona/Mexico border. He wants to help bring fiscal responsibility to Washington, DC. He wants to help bring Congressional oversight to the Iraq disaster. He wants international coalitions to deal with the terror threat instead of the current failed D.C. policies of inexperienced appointees. He wants to bring energy independence to replace the current failed energy overconsumption and over importation: less oil through more fuel efficient cars and trucks and through energy alternatives like wind, solar, hydrogen and methane. We should be exporting energy and energy-creating devices instead of importing them. We need to build stronger and more effective schools. In order to have no child left behind we need to have no schools left behind and no teachers left behind and no funding left behind. He supports health care for all women and the right to choose for all women. For working energetically to improve American governance, Harry Mitchell has been named Futuresaver of the Week.
