3698. George Loomis
There is a disparity between the d.o.b. and the d.o.bp. Stiles comments that the E.W.C.R. plainly gives date of his bp. as 6 June.
"The children of Albert, son of Erastus, son of Roger, son of Simon,son of Henry, by Hannah Loomis, his wife, were 1. Hannah, b. May 19,1786. 2. Albert, b. Nov. 20, 1787. 3. Cynthia, b. Sept. 15, 1789." (NEHGS Register, July 1847 p 255)
Removed 1805 to Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
3759. Jabez Gillett
He served during the Revolution as a Captain.
In 1758, Probate Records indicate that the minor, Zaccheus Munsell, chose his grandfather, Caleb Booth, to be his guardian. In 1775, he deeded one acre of land in East Windsor to Elisha. Joined the Shakers at Enfield with his whole family. (Register, 34:248).
