67. Thomas Loomis
From "A Genealogical Dictionary of the First Settlers of New England," by James Savage, p. 114: THOMAS, Windsor, son of the first Thomas, married 17 Dec. 1682, Hannah Porter, had Mary, born 2 Sept. 1683; Hannah, 9 Oct. 1685; Thomas, 16 Mar. 1688; Joshua, 6 Nov. 1692; Sarah, 22 Jan. 1695; Jabez, 29 Jan. 1697; Ruth, 27 Dec. 1698; and Gershom, 9 Apr. 1701. His widow died 1 Jan. 1739; and he died I suppose, 19 Apr. 1746.
Noted at Farmington in January, 1657, Æ 8 years.
358. Philip Judd
Phillip (2), son of Phillip (1) Judd, was born in 1673, baptized March 13, 1681. He lived in that part of Danbury called Bethel, and died aged over eighty years, between 1760 and 1765. He and his second wife, Lydia were members of the church in Bethel in 1760. He had three sons, and Deacon E. Taylor thought he had five daughters. Children: Phillip; Thomas; Samuel; Hannah; Rebecca. (New England Families, Genealogical and Memorial Vol IV p 1685)
If Philip was born in 1673, his mother would have been 14 years old. Also the date of the marriage was thought to be about 1678.
The children of Philip, four or five in number, removed from Waterbury to Danbury, before 1720 and settled in that part of the town which is now Bethel.
Michael Jr. was one of the first settlers of Colchester, CT. He was a selectman from 1697-1700 and was a member of the General Assembly 26 sessions; town clerk for 30 years from settlement in 1700 until his death.
70. Elizabeth Loomis
Baptismal date take from here college record (Stiles). Stiles gives the spouse of John Lee, Jr., as Elizabeth, daughter of Nathaniel Loomis, b. Aug. 7, 1655. Based simply on dates, it is more likely that Elizabeth, dau. of Thomas Loomis, was the spouse of John Lee.
74. Mabel Loomis
A daughter Mehitabel Cole was born after John died and probably after probate process started, since she is not metioned in the distribution.
Evidence is found in NEHG Record, vol. 38 July 1884, p. 277, Church Records of Farmington, Conn. baptisms "July 11,1708, Mehitabel Coal daughter of Mabell.." Note the mother's name and not the usual father's.
NEHG Register, vol.12, Jan. 1858, p. 37, Church Records of Farmington, Connecticut indicate a John Cole joined the Farmington church "14 March 1693." It may have been this man before the birth of Sarah, his first-born, in August. He died before May 1708, when his Estate Probate Papers #1280 were filed. The estate was settled 2 April 1713 and recorded 6 April 1713, according to Farmington deed record 3:58.
William Burnham received from his father, Thomas Burnham, Sen., in 1684, a deed of land "by gift." His son, William, graduated at Yale, 1709. "This was one of th most respectable families in Wethersfield."-Hinman. Mrs. Elizabeth Burnham was daughter of Nathaniel Loomis. Aftr her death, Mr. Brunham married Mrs. Martha (Thompson) Gaylord.

Thomas and Mary had no children. The inventory of his estate was filed 2 Apr 1720, and his brother Jeremiah was appointed administrator on 3 May 1720.
