Drain Rate
Your Prayer is not an unlimited source, it runs out at different speeds, depending on the Drain rate of the Prayer. Say you have a Prayer level of 40\40 and the drain rate is 10, it will drain very slowly, if the drain rate is 60 however (fastest rate) then the prayer will drain VERY quickly. When your Prayer is 0\(Prayer level) you will not be able to use any more prayers. When this happens you will have to recharge from an alter, this will charge your Prayer back to its full level.

    Every one should level up on Prayer, it's very useful (especially for PKing) There are many different Prayers to use, each with a different level required to use them. Prayer is mainly assocciated with combat, but there are others to use as well as you level up more.
