| Talking to T9 the other night and this is what he had to say it's really good A conversation with the T man....... T9 says i agree...i wanna be sharp 1vs1 as well as teamplay...there is no reason why we cant...we play this damn game enough we need to go and practice harder settings...cockpit closed...kinda getting tired of open cockpits...either u r turning cirlcles dogfighting or zooming and booming and chasing...what do u think? I agreed a 100 percent with T9 |

| Then he sent me these words of wisdom one's mental note to oneself excellent!!!!!!!! |
| blitzpiglixma wrote me when i asked him for a few pointers OK...anticipating the enemy with cockpit on. Now i never flew without cockpit from the start but i'm sure the principles of keeping a bead on the enemy aren't too dissimilar. The added complication of restricted views is - in my eyes - a matter of trusting your own intuition......When you get involved with the enemy in closed cockpit he will be invisible for sometimes a long period - but - he is still there, and behaving just as he was when he passed behind your 6 (for instance). With practice your brain fills in the gaps and you will see the enemy appear around the other side just where you expected him to appear (unless he stalled out etc). When he disappears out of site you will remember what energy state he had, what direction he was heading to........and what manouver you must apply to counter. In time you will not even notice you are flying with cockpit on because you will be able to see in the minds-eye a lot more than is displayed in front of you. I know it sounds dull, but practice is the only way! |

The mission I have in mind is in the mountains ((((the old mountain scenario))) with the racing in full cockpit to dogfighting. with the mountains scenario be aware of your surroundings or you can crash ... |
