Can we enjoin / encourage "good" everywhere ? and, Can we discourage / eradicate "evil" every moment ? Can Children (Boys & Girls) change the World? Can World help Children? Are Children living in poverty? Are Children getting care, stimulation, education, training & environment they need? Are Children protected against childhood -death, illness, war and natural disaster? Can Children be given opportunity of future with dignity, love and security? Do we ensure  that Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan is honoured, implemented,  and  the dignity / image of  Pakistan is promoted? Are Human & Civil Rights being enjoyed? Are Missing & Kidnapped Persons taken care of? Are Human Rights  recognised, honoured and protected in accordance with the teachings of Religion, Constitution, and U.N. Charters; irrespective of gender, cast and creed ? Can we create and promote the feelings of brotherhood, goodwill, unity and civic-sense amongst the general public of Pakistan besides Character- building as per teachings and tenets of ISLAM? Is Prisoner’s Aid/Care sufficient? Can we ensure that private prisons no more exist? Can we ensure that Prisoners in Govt: Jails/ Prisons are treated according to law of land/Jail Manuals? Can we suggest improvement in these laws in the light of Religious & International laws?Have we  channalised the energies and mobilised the facilities toward the path of Self-help, Community Development to ensure that the activities of District Governments are accelerated  to solve the problems of every locality, group of individuals, community and tribe, in the public interest? Can we  eradicate corruption, corrupt-practices, dishonesty, mis-use/abuse of power, mis-appropriation of funds/properties, bribery, kickbacks, commissions, criminal-negligence, inefficiency, harassment, and  the conspiracy of silence? Can we  make efforts for the prevention of drug’s business, drug’s addiction in Pakistan? Can we remove difficulties & problems faced by drug-addict persons and their families  for restoration of their normal life in their societies? Can we make arrangements to provide basic health & education facilities and free medical aid to the poor and needy people; through medical camps, mobile hospitals, and  thus establish Hospitals, Dispensaries and Schools in different areas of Pakistan and abroad? Can we help, care, patronise, and assist the poor orphans, widows, disabled/deserving children? Can we make arrangements / explore opportunities to provide the poor families self-employment; thereby leading them towards the path of self-help? Have we alleviated the sufferings of needy patients, including those suffering from Cancer, Aids, Hepatitis, Diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, Cardiac diseases, Haemophilia, Thalassaemia, Well's disease, Wilson’s disease, Genetic disease, etc; besides initiating efforts for the prevention / spread of insidious / fatal diseases? Can we promote Holistic Medicines, alternate-medicines, complimentary-medicines in the interest of ailing-humanity; including Tibb-e-Islami, Homoeopathy, Tibb-e-Yoonani, Religious / Spiritual / prayer therapy, Yoga, etc? Have we extended free-medication, Schools, Institutions of learning to the calamity afflicted areas, and underprivileged areas (both urban & rural)? Can we promote employment, environments, culture, tourism, wildlife, handicraft, national heritage, archives, archaeology, forest, information technology and  sports activities at every suitable place? Can free legal-aid be provided to the innocent prisoners/poor needy litigants? Can we eradicate terrorism, obscenity, immorality, discrimination, in-sanitation, encroachments, environmental - pollution, misuse of Government properties/misuse of Religious institutions and other evils of society (including the envy/hostility of sectarianism, provincialism, regionalism, lingual-ism etc)? Is it possible to make arrangements for the publication / distribution of literature, on all types  of social, educational and health problems of the society? Is every person determined to co-operate and co-ordinate with Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies for eradication of social evils, and to achieve social justice?
