| EMHO Report | paperwork assignments given unsuspecting rookies to collect useless information from male co-worker pertaining to sexual prowess |
| FIGMO | (F**K It, Got My Orders)...The traditional acronym written on a copy of separation orders placed on your dorm door declaring to the world how little time you had left in the AF. |
| hammer | local young woman, especially those frequenting the Annex on "hammer night" |
| The Hill | a very secret place to work (and play) with people who you will appreciate much more 25 years later. |
| hit | successful interception of a Morse or printer message |
| jeep | a rookie, or someone who acts like a rookie - particularly gullible with respect to various practical jokes (see carbon , spurs , tail ) |
| lifer | someone who self-sentences themselves to a life of government labor, or an acronym for Lazy, Inefficient F...up, Expecting Retirement.. |

response meant to humiliate someone when they look down at your forefinger and thumb shaped in a circle held below your waist. |
| pinger | pinger - a jeep (derivation is either because of their short basic training haircut or their ability to get "excited" fairly easily.) |
| puke | 1. an overachiever; 2. one with an excess of military bearing, 3. might also be a lifer |
| rootski | a very attentive female; may or may not be classified as a hammer |
| seriously | what follows is probably not to be taken seriously |
| short | used to describe a person who has a discharge date |
| spurs | paper devices (shaped like a spur) attached to the back of boots/shoes of unsuspecting individuals who then walk the work areas and are ridiculed by co-workers for being so easy |
| swing flick | movies shown at the base theatre after midnight for shift workers |
| tail | typically, the perforated edge of continuous forms suspended from the belt loop of a jeep - the longer the better |
| whanker | someone who masturbates; a derogatory term to describe a friend who has done something stupid or thoughtless |
| willy | English term for penis |
