Who is Al Crise?

Al Crise instruct classes such as:

Fly Casting Class: ("Fly Casting for the Rivers of Texas")

Fly Casting for the Youth: ("Flycasting is as easy as Flysoup")

note: Al has 10 rod and reel outfits available for casting classes.

Advanced Flycasting: Better line control. hauling, mending, guide casts, and tips & tricks

Youth Flyfishing Camp: One day of Fly Tying, Knots, Flycasting,

Al does a lot of classes with the kids/youth in the way of instruction in fly casting, flytying, and flyfishing. . . . if you have an area to fish and some volunteers who can help, a flyfishing class or trip can be arranged..

For Fly Tying lessons, vices and material are available for class use, curtesy of the Ft Worth Fly Fishers.

For the casting clinics Al has handouts that cover several basic casting and fishing tips. A "Diploma" showing that the participants took a Flycasting course from: 'Allen Crise' can be provided upon request.


Background on Al Crise:

1999, Allen was the: Youth Casting Instructor for the FFF International Conclave in Gatlinberg, Tennessee, and Youth Camp Chairman for the Southern Council Conclave in Mountain Home, Ak.

Al has also served as the Casting Director for "Fly Fishing Day" held at Camp Sanguinity, at Camp Jon Marc for Cooks Childrens Hospital. plus Several casting clinics & privet lessons

In the year 2000, Allen was : Casting Director for the "Fly Fish 2000" held in February at the Fishery in Athens Texas.

During Al's spare time, he is a Flyfishing writer for the "Painted Post Crossroads", "Texas Fishing & Hunting News" and the Ft. Worth Fly Fishers "Fly Line"
