            . Now, you can begin submitting loan files to the processor.

   All mortgage loan files must include a Loan Processing Submission Form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD)

            .Finally, all mortgage loan files must include the following items:

               Loan Processing Submission Form (click here to download)

                                 Completed 1003 Application

               Copy of Good Faith Estimate

               Borrower’s Credit Report

               All signed disclosures

               Signed Borrowers Authorization Form

               Copies of borrower’s social security card and driver’s license

                        Also include the following, to expedite the process:

               Copy of Lender’s Underwriting Decision

               Copy of fully executed Purchase Contract (Purchases only)

               Copies of pay stub(s), the most current covering 30-day period

               Copies of W-2’s and/or 1099’s for the last 2 yrs.

               Copies of 2 mths. Bank statements (all pages), both checking and savings accounts

               If applicable, Landlord’s name, address, phone number for the last 12 mths.

                                     If borrower is renting from a private landlord please include recent 12 mths

                                     cancelled (front & back)

               If applicable, copy of last quarter 401k and IRA statements

               Copies of the last 2 yrs personal and business federal signed income tax returns for self

                                     employed borrower(s) (signed black or blue ink)

               Copies of the last 2 yrs personal federal signed income tax returns for borrower(s) receiving                    commission income (signed in black or blue ink)

           For FHA, VA loans include:

                VA certificate of Eligibility

                Form DD-214, for in-service veterans, Statement of Service if discharged

                Most recent Leave and Earnings Statement (in-service veterans only)

                FHA/VA Case # and Caivrs

                Copy of borrower(s) social security cards
