The Initiative Act

Purpose: To encourage initiative among citizens of Audentior and to streamline the decision-making process for Parliamentarians and others.

Article I: Anyone of the Rank of Parliamentarian, Prime Minister, Advisor, or Provincial Governor shall be granted the permission to act as a Representative of Audentior. A Representative shall have the power to open negotiations with another micronation, set up a new branch of government, or respond to an emergency in any way he or she sees fit

Article II: The Representative shall then immediately report having done this to Parliament so as to allow them to express their approval or disapproval of the idea. Should Parliament vote against what was done by the Representative, then this action will be canceled. The Representative shall be held responsible for any problems arising from this.

Article III: It is suggested that Parliamentarians and others therefore show some initiative. This may be in the form of contacting other nations, expanding the government, or even something so simple as proposing an Act before Parliament. Parliamentarians are also reminded that the votes of the people to retain them in Parliament will doubtless be based on what they have done for Audentior.
