Before voting on any particular bill, every Parliamentarian is required to go to the particular bill’s debate thread and, at the most, read the debates. As there is no way of keeping roll on who actually does this, this will be assumed to be based on principle. Votes should not be made blindly.
A full roll of voters must be made at each voting. The Parliamentarians should be accountable for their own votes. Only when a special provision is made in the bill can the bill be voted on through a secret ballot.
As an amendment to the passed Initiative Act submitted by Giant Squid, an Parliamentarian who has been absent from more than three votings in a row shall be summarily notified of their new probationary status. Failure to vote on the next two successive bills will result in being summarily dispatched from the Parliament in disgrace and the Parliamentarian’s own page being removed from the Audentior borders.
