1-19-2000 Terrorist threats of sucession!
Yesterday a group of rebels violated several national and some international micronational laws. Following this the pitful group denounced audentior, and overran a compound claiming it as a nation. Audentior Law Enforcement Agencies are working around the clock to negotiate and try to prevent this insurrection from turning violent. Click on this link for a Bugle exclusive. 1-9-2000 Grant Act Passed
Actually, the Grant Act was passed about half a week ago, but I forgot to put it here. Sue me. In other news, lots of people have quit for no apparent reason. I think I speak for all of us when I say "Huh? What are you thinking? Come back this minute!"

1-5-2000 Imperium Recognized; We Are Audentes!
Audentior recognized the Imperium under Jacobus today and signed a treaty of friendship with them. Visit the Imperial forum at this site. After rejecting Audentiorians, Audents, and the like, it has finally been decided based both on Latin and what sounds right that citizens of Audentior are Audentes (singular: Audente).
1-4-2000 Procedure Act and Leader Resolution Pass
The Procedure Act, which states that a new Parliament will be elected in February, has passed, along with the Leader Resolution, which encourages debate on the nature of Audentior's leader. Join in the discussion at our forums.
1-1-00 PI Act Passes,Currency and Stock Exchanges up
The Parliamentary Information Act finally passed after a few concessions were given up by both sides. Audentior also created the Intermicronational Currency Exchange and gave control of it to a new citizen, Caesar the Great. ADEX, the Audentior Stock exchange, has also been created, though it is too early to speculate as to its success.
12-30-99 Social Act Passes After Heated Debate
After a heated debate both in the forums and on the floors of Parliament, the Social Act finally passed by the smallest of margins. The opponents, who disagreed with it on the principle that it included completely different things in the same act, finally lost out after the entire Parliament voted.
12-28-99 Demesos Formed, Hibernia Recognized, Social Act Proposed
Lots of news today. Bill3000 formed a new micronation, the United Demesos, which we have been quick to offer relations to. Hibernia was recognized. The site is in Portuguese, but for TNapoleon, here's the link. :). And finally, Gene Saquid proposed the Social Act.

PROT Joins, Flag Design Contest!
Since no one except me (Squid) likes the fractal orb, Evan has started a contest to replace it here Also, Alexander's Horse has decided that PROT will join Audentior, thus greatly increasing our membership.
MarkL Declared Prime Minister!
Due to his respect among the people of Audentior, GSquid and Evan_VC have decided to resign the provisional leadership in favor of declaring MarkL prime minister. In a stirring acceptance speech, he told the people of Audentior "Well, I'm happy to do it if it doesn't mean much work" He was then inaugurated to the sound of blaring trumpets
Recreation and Renaming!
Due to legal problems, Apolyton Independent Nation has been renamed to Audentior Independent Nation. Evan von Christoph and Giant Squid are hoping that it will reopen eventually and return
to its former glory. Audentior means "more boldly" or "more bravely" in Latin.
