Segensreich and SAR-K9
   Maggie & Bear, the first
Segensreich pups to go into SAR!
We belong to:
a 501C Org.
Meet the boys we currently work with:

Jake & Apollos
We are proud of the contributions our dogs are making in the SAR K-9 world. We will be going into our third generation of SAR dogs soon. Maggie, pictured above, was retired  from GSSD at the age of 11. Her handler told us "It was only the body giving out, nothing was giving up!" Bear & her handler found GSSD's first Lost Person. We have been members of GSSD since 1989. It gives us 2 things: an opportunity to give back to our community for all the blessings we have, and a chance to do it with our dogs.

If you are interested in working your GSD in SAR K-9, the first thing to do is become affiliated with a quality organization, with standards, training and on going education. We hope the links provided below will give you a solid foundation to build on.
