This large semi rural block of land has been owned since and must be sold.  It is situated in a very peaceful location only a few minutes drive from a school, hotel, petrol station, shops and beaches.  It is near Dodges Ferry in Southern Tasmania and it takes only 30 minutes or so to drive to Hobart.  The Hobart Airport is only 15 minutes away.  The land was purchased years ago with the intention of building a house on it and was chosen because it was so flat with easy access to all areas of the block which makes building less expensive.  It is surplus to my needs as I have built another house nearby and I will be selling it.
