• I think that the ancient philosophers associated with the school of thought known as "Mysticism" were the ones who openly started using words like "God", "Cosmic Spirit", "Nature", etcetera, with similar meaning in relation to a Superior or Greater Entity. However, other contemporary schools of thought were more carefull in this regard.
  • Pienso que los fil�sofos de la antiguedad pertenecientes a la escuela de pensamiento conocida como "M�sticos" fueron quienes comenzaron abiertamente a utilizar palabras tales como "Dios", "Esp�ritu C�smico", "Naturaleza", etc�tera, con significado similar en lo referente a una entidad superior. Sin embargo, otras escuelas de pensamiento contempor�neas eran m�s cuidadosas en este respecto.
  • I would like to follow up on the idea that religions merely reflect, instead of inspire, the evolution of the moral sense and ethics of humans beings by pointing out the struggle of women in any of the existent religions of the world. In one way or another each one of the existent religions adopted the unfortunate Aristotelian conception of woman (an "unfinished man"). In the past it was really hard for woman to get recognition in any of those religions. Today some of them tend to allow woman to have a more active role. But that is because of the social and political changes that have given woman more participation in the social and political arena of the society. So religions are merely reflecting those changes.
  • Quisiera extender la idea de que las religiones simplemente reflejan, en lugar de inspirar, la evoluci�n del sentido de moral y de la �tica de los seres humanos se�alando el conflicto de mujeres en cualesquiera de las religiones existentes del mundo. En una forma u otra cada las religiones existentes adoptar�n la lamentable concepci�n Aristot�lica de la mujer (un "hombre incompleto"). Fue realmente duro para las mujeres obtener reconocimiento en cualesquiera de esas religiones. Algunas de ellas tienden actualmente a permitir que la mujer tenga un papel m�s activo. Pero eso es debido a los cambios sociales y pol�ticos que han permitido que las mujeres tengan m�s participaci�n en la arena social y pol�tica de la sociedad. Las religiones meramente reflejan esos cambios.
