I agree that Elohwyn is mainly an NPC these days, who will still join you on big adventures when it's appropriate. She has become the 2nd in command of the Vinga cult in Pavis, so she is very important and involved in lots of activities including recruitment, training, ceremonies, and adventuring as usual. She would return to Snakepipe Hollow if you went there, but Skyfall Lake wouldn't interest her much. She has mostly lost interest in river affairs, or at least being closely involved with them. She needs to focus on Vinga, and Sartar. She also helps Idylla with the Firshala cult, but that's more of a hobby. She says that she will maintain her position as the Warden of Rapture and guardian of the fort as long as she can.
You'll run into Elohwyn in Pavis or at the Pairing Stone sooner or later, and she has good news amid her grumblings about the fort and whispered curses at the Lunars. She says that she tracked down Lassiter in the town of Adari and had "a good chat with him... at my swordpoint." She confesses that she "always thought he was kinda cute, and mostly harmless," so she didn't kill the vagabond. Furthermore, she also tracked down someone else.
Illwraith, the shaman of the Black Fang ring. Elohwyn got to speak to Illwraith on neutral terms after they chased each other around Adari for a few days trying to kill one another. They worked out a deal where Illwraith will let go of her feud with you. She apparently had been getting some information from Lassiter about the fort in preparation for a reprisal, but has now agreed to a truce. "She's probably rebuilding her ring and will need lots of time to do that," says Elohwyn. When asked what Illwraith got in return, Elohwyn only gives a sly smile and says, "You needn't worry about it." The hint of menace in that smile suggests that you don't want to inquire further about Black Fangs with Elohwyn. Elohwyn is very confident that Black Fang assassins are one thing you no longer need to worry about in regards to the fort.
If anyone such as Dorgon wants to speak with Elohwyn, we should handle it over e-mail mostly. She's spending 50% of her time in Pavis, 50% in the Pairing Stone area, so she's available.
