He says they were urgent to present to you as thanks for your years of service to the cult. Some are leavings from the Lunar occupation; others have been set aside for years for this moment. Umm... well, here they are."
Dorgon has already received his palm enchantments, you are told. They are similar to what you have; but Sa'ar used his personal POW to make them.

A matrix for the Pavic Heal Body spell (!) that may only be invoked by Pavis initiates. The palms of the statue must be pressed firmly on the target, held in both hands. Arcus: An exotic seashell necklace with a golden bird pendant; from the Eastern Isles. Binding enchantment for a Magic Spirit named Deepbeak (INT 12, POW 13), who is a friendly and chatty cormorant (diving bird) that speaks Tradetalk 20%, Seaspeech 35%. It can cast these 3 spells on command (70%): Shimmer 4, Mobility 4, Bird's Lungs 4. Bird's Lungs 4 is a rare Eastern spell that gives +4x to all CONx rolls for holding one's breath while the spell lasts (5min); thus typically you begin at CONx14%, not CONx10%. Nice!

Tesseran's Tranquil Talisman. An aluminum amulet set with a turquoise stone marked with Harmony, Movement, and Water runes, and held on an aluminum necklace. Costs 1 POW to attune vs. POW 9; does not count as a crystal. Only attunable by a Zola Fel acolyte or priest; others fail to attune and lose 1 POW. Calms the waters in close vicinity to the wearer. Permanently adds +50% to Swim Quietly. Holds a matrix for Paddlefoot 4, an almost forgotten cult spirit magic that adds +10%/pt to Swim when cast (+40%) and is ranged (works by making your feet seem to grow larger for the duration). Boo-yah!
