We killed all the gugs and continue charging into the dark (or at least pachala who is very magiced up thinks we should). We basically meleed them down. dorgon's demoralizes were key. Pachala pumped BVON up to strength 37 and he struck mighty blows. They tried to sneak around us and attack from both sides, but by the time they had us surrounded the front guys broke and ran. Pachala chased them down killing one and nearly killing the other before dorgon and tison arrived and helped finish off the second one. The one who came at us from behind ripped off cernaks arm before it was taken down (why pachala was off alone with the others). We put the arm back on.
We slew a tainted member of talios old expedition when we continued and found him guarding an arch in the shape of a chaos rune with an eye hanging under it. The eye retracted out of sight, the guy regenerated from everything we threw at him until cernak and tison hit him with the god plain juiced up holy water. Then he was easily hacked down.
We then went to a room with gemed frescos with spirits in them. When we attacked the frescos, invisible blood sucking demons came out and were difficult to slay and did a lot of damage. Luckily pachala was heavily armored and only lost a few hits and 4str (temp) of blood. BVON also lost 1str and a few hits.
We now stand out of POW at the top of steps down into the dark, where the eye descended. Pachala wants to push on (he has 4pts of RUNE magic on and blade6 and prot3 on). Arcus is also magiced up. Most of the party is pretty dry on stored POW and has used a few points of personal POW.
